Mr. Goldstein, Might you have a copy of the fee/service agreement upon which your billing for Michael B was based? Copies of the billing statements that you sent to Michael via the mail? May I suggest that you review with Mr Nathanson the procedural rules in re drafting a Complaint. Additionally, upon your information and belief, the relevant paper trail upon which your suit for unpaid fees is based, is exclusively in Michael's possession. We are waiting for Nathanson et al to provide his fax number so that we may forward Michael's authorization and permission to talk to us about procedures foe resolving this matter promptly and fairly.
