Helpful at first, then transferred me to 4 different women all made me go through everything again after having my case for 7 months. In the end I am doing it myself because they do not understand how the credits work. The last woman I spoke with said work credits expire. Not according to the social security administration. If they are so misinformed they believe work credits expire I question the quality of the people they hire. Are they trained properly? In my case absolutely not.

I can never rely on this company to pick up my calls while I have an on going case. Upon hiring they made me feel like a priority. However once the case started they will not work with me at all and don't seem to care.

BEWARE, DO NOT GO WITH THIS LAWYER. I have been working with him for 3.5 years. At the beginning first 2 years was going great. They were helpful during that time. When I was denied after 2 years, they stopped calling and giving advice or help me to keep moving forward. After I was denied, I had to re- appeal my self and after that silence for a year and half. 2023 came up and I called them and them, why haven't you guys done anything? no answer. I called 2 or 3 times in 2023, the front desk ladies, were rude and barking at me like I'm a nuisance. I HAVE DEPRESSION, ANXIETY, FATIQUE AND SUICIDAL, NOT A GOOD IDEA TO DENY YOUR CUSTOMERS WHEN THEY ASKED FOR HELP. AFTER YOU IGNORED THEM FOR A YEAR AND A HALF AND THEN GET YELLED AT BY LADIES AT THE FRONT DESK. I CANNOT GET THE YEAR AND HALF BACK, THANKS FOR WASTING MY TIME.
