David Clements sucks, retained him back in 2022, had me send the money, Info and court date. Said we’d touch base before the court date to then which I never heard anything. After calling his office I found out he was on vacation. Never heard anything and he showed up 5 minutes before my trial, told me to take a plea deal and rode off into the sunset with my money. Didn’t wait for me to get out the court or give me any info before or after. 10/10 don’t give thousands of dollars to these idiots

Used this firm in 2018 and had Tommy Gordon and he was a big help! Then back in 2023 I needed more legal help and was placed with Russ Watson, explained to him what was going on and he assured me he could help me. The first week I heard back from him and after that nothing, I was in a very bad state emotionally (my daughters dad passed away and I was trying to have Russ help me understand estates) he stop answering my calls, I left many emails and voicemails. I had to call the office and complain many times and Everytime I called(which was about every two weeks) he was “out of the country” or had just come back. After 6 months of nothing no email no returned calls, no help I had asked Russ to return the rest of my retainer fee and I was no longer interested in Pursuing him as a lawyer. Instead of listening that I didn’t want anything else from him he had tried “working “ on my case and I had to call everyday for two weeks to ask them to stop and return the remaining funds. Thankfully he return my full fee which I wasn’t expecting.

I hired this law firm for a real estate transaction. They were fine until we hit a snag after closing. The attorney refused to return emails or phone calls or voice messages. I even tried to get a hold of a managing partner with no luck. Would never recommend this firm

I have been using Gordon, Dodson, Gordon and Rowlett for 20 plus years for Real Estate transactions and other legal work as needed. The staff is great to work with and very accommodating.

If you have a MetLife Legal Plan, this practice will actively avoid returning your calls and they attorneys take a very apathetic approach in addressing any needs. I will be reporting this behavior to MetLife and hope to see this practice removed.
