Diversity, Equity and Inclusion policy is being implemented at GT. All different kinds of professionals are welcomed here. Recently visited the office at Arlington and I experienced that the office is an employee-friendly workplace.

For being in a progressive location this place has a lot of racist employee's, especially those with leadership positions. The main issue are with the leadership of the support staff, the Office Director (who also runs both local offices) hires her Caucasian friends with behavioral, drinking and drug problems but routinely causes issues with minority employee's to the point of harassment. Her standards for hiring minorities are much higher and expects them to behave a certain way at all times, and be of a certain age or gender, meanwhile the Caucasian friends she likes to hire can be of any age or sex, they can disrespect other employees, harass other employee's, perform badly and they constantly get rewarded for their loyalty to her. It doesn't help that the HR staff in the leadership roles are her best friends and run the place in a similar fashion.
