I can't even begin to explain how wonderful my experience with Graves law firm was. Between Joe Graves and Matt Thomas I always felt like they cared about my case and whenever I had a question, comment or concern I got a reply almost immediately ...every time. They never made me feel as if I was bothering them or taking up their time. The took my information and agreed to represent me. They told me that I would have to see a doctor and finish all of his recommended treatment before they could file the case. After spending thousands of dollars on treatment I get a certified letter stating that they are not going to represent me because it was worth their effort and suggested I find another lawyer and of course the statute of limitations run out in 3 months so finding someone to represent me and take it to trial in that amount of time is near impossible. They were slow to respond to any of my requests for updates. Very unprofessional.

They do not have your best interest in mind. They waste a lot of your energy and never follow through as a real attorney would. As soon as Graves found out it wasn't going to be much money he threw us under the bus. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time. Find an attorney elsewhere.
