My husband & I chose Julian Gray Associates to setup an Asset Protection Trust that was recommended by our Financial Advisor. We were also in need of Powers of Attorney, Living Wills and other important asset protection documents. We originally met with Matt Kikta to discuss the Trust and all of the other documents that we needed to have drawn up. Only two weeks later, my husband was admitted to the hospital and was diagnosed with CNS Lymphoma and brain tumors. My husband was in the hospital for two months and was not mentally alert enough to sign the documents. Matt and Vince Policicchio were in constant contact with me during this time hoping that there would be an opportunity for us to be able to sign the documents. I was finally able to bring my husband home with Hospice care. He had about six weeks at home when he was mentally alert.
