The Housing workshops on tenant rights and how to answer an hearings. Really, busted the stess/anxiety bubble I were in.

They have great lawyers over there.They know what they are doing.

I am not impressed with the way they do things on getting legal advice I was placed in a room with a phone and spoke with a lawyer in training over the phone who couldn't answer any of my questions and then had to speak with her on the phone that to me was not professional that is my experience with this place.
