First visit.

I called to ask a question and even though the person on the phone knew i'm not going to use him, he still took his time and helped me to find attorney that will be good for my situation.

The female who phone-answers won't here my voice. I cup/surround my voice, via my hand around the phone receiver. Elevate volume. Asking if she hear me. No response. This be the behavior I get from this business. Ending with a quiet hang-up against me.
