Upstate Mediation is a sham! When an attorney who just happens to be the Director has his case assigned to this mediation center it is in my humble opinion that it is in direct conflict with "Annex B, Standards of Conduct for Mediators" which in part states that "A Mediator Shall Conduct the Mediation in an Impartial Manner". nThis clearly is NOT the case. nSHAME on the court system to even think that impartiality is in their vocabulary!nThere should be a negative rating available for this one!
