I would highly recommend Mr. Travis Groves to anyone looking for a hardworking lawyer who fights for his clients. When I first met with Mr. Groves, I had been involved in a 13yr divorce/custody battle with my ex-wife. I was demoralized and exhausted which is why I decided to find a new lawyer. I was looking for someone who would bring a fresh perspective to my situation and thankfully I found Mr. Groves because he was exactly what I needed. He reviewed my file and worked with me to formulate a plan that he thought would be most successful for my desired outcomes. After hiring Mr. Groves, I finally felt that I had someone who had, not only my interest in mind, but my kids as well. Mr. Groves is direct and will tell you the truth; he isn't going to sugar coat anything. I would also like to add that if you have high expectation for a lawyer, well Mr. Groves also has high expectations for his clients. He expects you to do your part so that he can do his job: I had to have my depositions ready to go, if the court required me to take a class, I had to be on it, and get everything to Mr. Groves. I can honestly say when I had my ducks in a row it made his job easier which then allowed him to focus on arguing my case in court. After 18 months working with Mr. Groves, he got the case resolved to my satisfaction. He argued well resulting in my ex-wife and I going to mediation and finally settling the case. When it comes to fees or cost, Mr. Groves is upfront about the prices, he isn't trying to squeeze money out of you, and he told us the cost for each path the case could potentially go down. He is a great lawyer! We have a parenting plan I am more than happy with and Mr. Groves helped me stay focused and grounded throughout the whole process. I can’t say enough positive things about my experience working with Mr. Travis Groves and recommend him with no reservations.

Travis and everyone at the Groves firm have shown nothing but dedication, integrity and professionalism when handling my case. Okay, I spoke with Laura Groves first and her advice gave me solid ground to feel comfortable with where I was headed in my case. I was pro se and although I had some money saved up it wasn’t enough to secure representation. I requested to meet with the firm a week before a temp hearing. I met with Travis Groves, who was blunt. And when I say blunt I mean... get ready for some tough love. He gave me a straight forward , worst case scenario outlook. And after his tough love advice, I went in to my hearing pro se and was able to come out successfully. It was difficult but I don’t think I would have been able to go in as prepared as I did if I hadn’t met with Travis first. If I could have had him represent me, I would have. He and his wife both gave me sound advice, Laura was gentle and firm, and Travis was tough BUT firm. They have their own ways of going about it and I know that if I ever get into legal trouble in the future this will be the firm that I want to represent me. They know what to expect, they understand what you are going through, but they will always give you the truth no matter how difficult it may be to swallow. Laura helped me with my annulment quickly with no issues! Payment was good compared to other lawyers! Definitely would recommend.
