I tried to obtain services for a probate case due to my child's suicide and disagreement with his spouse who asked him for a divorce and the written and video will he left behind. They were unable to help, and even if they could the retainer is $20,000 plus $400 per hour. My child committed suicide due to overwhelming financial costs of attorney bills, court filing costs, finding a new apt moving etc that resulted in him committing suicide; then they give me the grieving mother a fee that is equal to my years total income as I am on permanent social security disability. How on earth do they think people can get adequate representation? Well, I guess I just represent myself like I have done in the past and hope for the best. #justamomtryingtocarryouthersonsfinalwishes.

Had a trust done by them. When dealing with them in person, they were very friendly. When trying to call anyone to get an update with where things stood or next steps, was just shy of impossible. I'd suggest trying others before calling here

Although it’s not clear if this firm will be assisting a friend in an appeal yet, they returned my call the same day.
