To really know Guest & Gray’s morals, Let me edit my review on a basis upon the firm. I am doing this for the betterment of this firm and for clients seeking representation. Always remember one thing- Not All Attorneys Are Created Equal. I made that mistake with the credentials and that pitch, line, and sinker. Do not ever fall for that. Arrogance can be good or bad. After the fact, or about $7,000 in an about a 1.5 month span, with an attorney the owner himself states as incompetent, admits to all her flaws, and every complaint I had. Knowing all of this they kept her on (after the fact), amongst more. A lot more, only half her clients even stayed with her (“it’s about 50/50 who stay and go”- Guest) ethical violations and exaggeration (referring to a close personal non-professional relationship with judge of case), sure I believed it until I realized she’s apparent close knit friends outside the courtroom with well, everyone of significance. The entire you are not allowed to talk unless asked! If information is needed, she shall ask. Do not interrupt her. Once telling me she was “prepping me for the courtroom”. Unprofessionalism in its entirety, no prep (I had never met her), blatantly telling me to not send emails/ including evidence as was not in office, errors upon errors on filings, immature to the point not giving over my file to new attorney, once we did meet we spent about 5 minutes with her on the computer rushing to do her job that I was charged almost 2k for. I suppose I was naive. But the firm knew all of this and kept her on, taking on more cases. Why? I’d guess greed. For not very much work or time, $7,000 and “winning” hearings is so profoundly exaggerated and a matter of luck on her part, given she did nothing during such hearings. Unless she forced the pro se other party to outage, curse, and act violently during two combined hearing for essentially violence. How can a firm keep attorneys so blatantly fraudulent! I was never allowed during my time as a client to speak to the owners. Ha I give her credit for sitting in her chair or a chair during zoom hearings. I am not privy to share much personal information but for context. The other party was charged with assault. She filed a motion for an EPO, granted. Not much to argue and no opposing counsel. Too bad when it’s apparently not properly served it’s null. Therefore no violations were withstanding and there were. Let’s see, she filed for a permanent, again he represented himself (when cursing out myself and well angry, but I’m glad she could sit there and “win that for me”. What was the last thing she did? NOT SERVE HIM PROPERTY TWICE! Making this now 2-year Prot order non-existent and unfortunately I’ve had to deal with a lot because so. My son and my life in danger. The proper service is not in the system so police can do NOTHING. So that was worth thousands. Afterwards, I spoke to this firm, Robert Guest to be exact, and as stated earlier he agreed to all about this attorney, Gabriella Bendslev. Continued to contradict words, but that’s what some types of attorneys do when in the wrong. I do thank you for the 4-5 boxes so nicely wrapped full of expensive cheeses, preserves, and crackers. Most recently was a delight of a letter and a check, the letter stating thanking for the “learning experience” and out of the niceness of their hearts a check for $1,000, weirdly memo being “REFUND”. Well, that’s off times 7. Oh, that’s right, “7,000 is too much”, yeah I know, I gave you guys that much, mainly over-billed. It has cost more than that “refund” to fix her mistakes after firing her, and more I cannot afford to have fixed. Oh wait, or the check was for the learning experience? There’s just quite too much. As this was a lot and no, not from an emotional time or some man’s way of making a woman seem over sensitive. I hope you do learn to not take advantage of clients via hiring attorneys you know are subpar and incompetent. Am glad she moved on to start her own firm. Good job ripping off a client and being good people.

Called their office for 3 days straight and nobody answered or returned my calls!

Rude, uncooperative staff who prey on the fact that people are going through troubles for financial gain. Weren’t even willing to work with you. If you aren’t rich don’t call this lawyer.

Scott Gray represented my daughter in a car accident case and did an amazing job. We consider him a friend as well as our lawyer. We are lucky to have found an attorney like Scott. He made us feel comfortable during the case and helped our family through this serious ordeal.
