I've used them about nine times for various services, they've been great so far! Edit: I've now worked with them for about two years, and they always go above and beyond. They are definitely my go-to firm here in VA for both real estate and living trusts.

I was in a car accident Sep 2018 and hired this group for services. It has been a year since my accident and I have yet to receive any accurate information from my lawyer and his staff. Every time I call them they say the same thing, “we should have an offer byFriday” just say it’s a year later and I still don’t have an offer. They don’t put forth the effort to communicate with the ppl that hired them. I have NEVER received a call from them about an update on my case, in fact every conversation or lack there of that I’ve had with them, I had to call them. In fact I spoke with them last Monday and they told me they had an offer and asked if I wanted to take the offer and I declined the offer, so the guy that I spoke with told me that he was going to call the opposing attorney as soon as we hung up and that he would call me on Friday and the call never happened. So today I called them to see what was the update on their conversation and he acted dumbfounded. He put me on hold to look through the records and I asked him the exact amount of the last offer and Needless to say he said there had not even been a offer presented at all, which was very confusing to me especially since my attorney had told me numbers less than 7 days ago. If you are looking for a good attorney please don’t choose this office. I will keep you all updated on the rest of the my story and if anything positive happens to take place then I will definitely let you all know but as for right now, this attorney is not the choice you want to make!!!

They handled my fathers end of life paperwork for him. He passed away and I called them about probate and was told by the young man who answered the phone that I need to pay a $200 consultation fee. I didn't ask for a consult, I asked for them to handle probate as I reside in another state.
