I went to the hospital 14 years ago. I was homeless with a small child at that time. I filled out all the paperwork and the hospital wrote off the bill. I have went back to the same hospital many many times since and they never had a bill for me to pay. This lawyer stated I had a $1911.14 bill and I was going to jail unless I signed paperwork and agreed to make payments. So in 2008, once I had a steady place to live, I did begin making payments. Until I lost my job and home and could no longer continue. I had no way to contact them or any receipts or a bill or anything because they refuse to give any info out to the people they harass. Since I received nothing from them and I was very close to paying off the bill, I assumed I was done and that was it. Until 2018 (10 years later) when they began to garnish my wages. The whole time they were adding interest into a non existent bill. Now I have paid $1317.34 towards this $1911.14 and still owe $2468.98. And somehow the circuit court of St. Louis has no problem garnishing wages without proof. So now I get to move my children into a drug hole. Very rude staff and a terrible human being!!!

The person that answers the phone is extremely rude and condescending. I have a very old medical bill that has been with them for 10 years. They began garnishing my wages with no warning in 2011. That garnishment was paid and now almost 10 years later they have begun garnishing my wages again for the same bill. It is now more than the original amount I paid because it has been collecting interest this whole time. They are impossible to work with.

This is a debt collection attorney with no remorse. They take on cases with small debts owed that make it more affordable to just not appear in court or settle because hiring an attorney will cost you much more. Morality is out the window with this firm. They recently sued my son. A 19 year old boy for a debt of $214 on a medical bill that I was the primary insurance holder. Refused to settle out of court and eventually will cost me about $700. How unethical is this??? Yeah he'll make a couple hundred bucks for each case like this. Apparently not good enough to be a real attorney. He just ruins young people's credit.

I am appalled with the way this "firm" handles people. One of their clients, an online based loan company contacted them with literally no proof of a loan disbursement other than a docu-signed document that could have been done by anyone via the web (My wallet was stolen around the time I allegedly took out loan) I have talked to their sub-par office staff and lead lawyer numerous times demanding proof I took out this loan via recording, actual signature or even the account information as to where the loan was disbursed, nothing has been given to me thus far. Yet, their receptionist or whatever she is wants to accuse me of having an attitude when I demand information. You are garnishing me with no proof of debt, you better believe I have an attitude when I have to deal with a law firm is happily representing a slime ball company and fraudulently garnishing a single mother of 3 with no proof of debt ownership given!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Called them because I have a debt that was turned over to them. The person who I finally got ahold of was so rude, that I would not refer them to anyone. And I believe in good customer service you tell a few people about, bad customer service you tell alot of people about.
