The admin assistant, Linda Berlanga, at The Thearaputic Justice Foundation, which is associated with this law firm, has no customer service skill set. She enjoys speaking in an ugly tone and has no understanding of how to properly communicate. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS FOUNDATION. There are many non-profit foundations who are sincerely kind and professional because they care for people and need donations. Look to donate elsewhere.

Woman who was working the front desk was EXTREMELY rude. We simply needed a receipt for a donation made and she was very unprofessional. We have not had any interactions with any other employees so I cannot speak on their behalf but that interaction alone was enough to never refer or go back there for any inquiries again.

Do not recommend they don't tell you about upcoming court dates they do not have record of anything on your case. Very rude. They cannot take off immigration holds but will accept your money in a second. People have family and life's and they do not care. Don't waste your time they won't get back to you they are never in the office to return your call.

Chris Garcia was my attorney and he did an excellent job. He kept me updated and calm throughout my entire journey. I would highly recommend Chris. I am not sure of anyone else in the office as I see the negative reviews, and the receptionist has always been very polite and nice, but 5 stars from me.

This place is horrible. STAY AWAY! They never call you back, and then you are on the line waiting to be connected to someone for 5 min till then you get disconnected. I hired the San Antonio office, they tried to keep my $1000.00 dollars for doing nothing but avoiding my calls. I never even talked to the lawyer not even once. The receptionist is very rude keeps you in line waiting then disconnects you you call back and she doesn’t answer. Then she keeps you want to hold then picks up again and says why are you calling when you tell her you had me on hold for like oh yeah when you could you hold again horrible place. A place that I do recommend is Albizu law! They are a great firm! I tell you again STAY AWAY FROM THEM all they want is your money!
