Mark Haefner was my attorney and he did an excellent job, I would highly recommend Mark and his firm. I did a flat rate package and thought it was very affordable. Very satisfied that my divorce was complete within six months. Mark’s staff was very friendly, professional and prompt to answer any questions or concerns. I can’t say enough good things about my experience!
Had really high hopes for this firm to handle my custody case. After doing an hour long phone consultation (which went very well) I set up an induction meeting to pay them for the services they were going to perform on my behalf. Fast forward to day of the meeting ( about 1 week later) and they call me approximately 10 minutes before the meeting to tell me “ It looks like your ex did a consultation with us In the past” that would’ve been at least 18 months.... and “even though she did not HIRE us... we will not take you as a client because of a potential conflict.” Very unprofessional. I absolutely understand that mistakes happen, but I don’t know how that doesn’t come to anybody’s attention on a hour long phone call and for an entire week. Also, that is a strange policy that a firm would not take a client based on literally just having a conversation with the other party well over a year ago.
Haefner Law Office provided me with amazing counsel and service throughout the entirety of my case! Great legal team and they produce great work. Haefner Law has received multiple accolades and it shows. Their professionalism is like no other. I'd recommend anyone to use them to represent them in their divorce. The team works really hard to produce the best possible outcome. Maliks legal knowledge is wonderful and he will make legal jargon easier for everyday people.
Wanted $1750.00 for a uncontested divorce... enough said.
