I was with another law firm that I was never really hearing back from them at all. So I called around asking some people I have met after moving to Memphis, Tn. The name that came up the most was Morgan & Morgan .so I decided to give them a call. It was a great decision if I must say so myself. The lawyer and team that took over my case (Johnathan May) are awesome. They always kept me in the loop and constantly informed me of what's going on with my case. I have been very pleased with them. They handled my case very quickly and in a timely manner.

This place is not for the people by the people.... My husband has had this attorney for a few years now and when we hired him the case was already put together from where he had fired his previous attorney. All paperwork had been gathered, medical records, police reports, doctor evaluations, MRI's the whole 9 yards. He literally handed a complete case to this attorney. After several year and 13 court rescheduling (from his attorney not workers comp) He is still waiting for resolution! The attorney is Dylan Bess and in two years I think He has spoken with him 2 maybe 3 times.... emails will go weeks without a reply if they get replied to at all. Phone calls go unanswered and the "people" are not important. Once again my husband court case was rescheduled because his attorney is now in Orlando. We have been calling since Monday to get info about our court date tomorrow and his attorneys paralegal told us yesterday that it was at 9:30 tomorrow knowing that the attorney would be in Orlando. Do not waste your time or your money. Go to a small firm that will put forth every effort into your case instead of these big firms with commercials everywhere because they do not care about you or your case. All they want is money!

ATTENTION..Morgan and Morgan is false advertising. I am very upset. My mother called this firm about her medical condition. She spoke to someone for close to 45 min explaining her case. As soon as we gave them the doctors name who i wont say, we were told that her Morgan and Morgan wont take this case. They could not tell us why. My mother began to cry. People, becareful what information you give them because they may be representing that specific doctor. Now we are afraid our information will get back to him. This firm is not for the people and they will not take your case unless they are receiving a multi-billion dollar case.

As a practicing chiropractor in Stockbridge Georgia I have had a number of patients that were represented by the attorneys from Morgan and Morgan. I have found this firm to be honest and ethical and put the needs of the client first. I've worked closely with Evan Rosenberg with great satisfaction.

My first experience with Morgan & Morgan wasn't a great one..... The first attorney blew me off after I missed one of his calls and was very difficult to reached afterwards. I received a call from another attorney who said he was the other attorney supervisor and he took over the case and it's a better experience. But this is a wait and see.
