Our firm began in 1976 as Hailey, McNamara, McNamara and Hall, and in 1982 the firm became Hailey, McNamara, Hall, Larmann & Papale, L.L.P. when one of its partners, A. J. McNamara, was appointed a United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Louisiana. A former colleague, Kurt D. Engelhardt, has served as a United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Louisiana since 2001, and another former colleague, Michael P. Mentz, took the bench in the Twenty-Fourth Judicial District Court for the Parish of Jefferson in 2013.
