Hall & Associates

Hall Associates has a minor monopoly on rental properties in the Roanoke area. Their employees are rude & incompetent. They do not respect their tenants at all. Don't be fooled by the nice gentlemen who show the properties. They are the only bright spot in this abismal business. These properties are managed very very poorly. They are notorious for invading their tenants privacy (unannounced entry, unscheduled maintenence). They also assume that the average tenant does not know the VA state laws on renting property. Look at how F&W manages their properties... F&W gets it right, they are courteous, treat their tenants with respect & maintain nice looking, respectable properties. Drive by Brookside North (F&W) then drive by the Manor Apts on Carefree Lane (Hall) the difference is visible. If you must rent from Hall Associates... be sure to read the VA state laws concerning rental & be prepared to be treated like trash.
