Nick Passalacqua is a solid businessman who makes his clients feel at ease. He has assembled a great team of professionals. This is a great law firm that cares about its clients, and actually puts in the work. Chris Hameline is a workhorse and fought tirelessly and relentlessly on my behalf. He went the extra mile for sure. Was charged with a Bullsh@! charge from a malicious prosecutor, Scott McNamara, who claims that I made a phone call for no purpose. Pretty standard malicious prosecutorial practices from McNamara from what I understand. Other law firm’s in Utica took my money and I pretty much never heard from them while they showed up in Fancy Corvettes, gladly accepting my money and doing little to no work. That was not the case with Passalacqua and Hameline. These guys work hard for their clients, and secure highly favorable outcomes. Best law firm I’ve ever worked with and I’ve worked with a lot through real estate practice. Five stars, I’d recommend them any day to anyone.
