I was facing an assault case in Midland county and hired a lawyer from Dunham and Jones. After paying half the fee up front (1750) with cash I might add nothing was done with my case and I was facing trial with nothing to show for it. So i refused to pay the rest of the fee, and was facing trial alone. Then I found out about Tommy Hull. Very knowledgeable, professional, and understanding man. I paid a retainer to him a week before my trial took place. In just that one week Tommy got all my paperwork taken care of, discovery was made available to me instantly, and best of all my case was dismissed!!! Siad it would be 9000.00$ if we went to trial and 5000.00 for a plea. I plead guilty to a much lesser charge than the maniacs in the Midland county prosecutors office had offered. Mainly because all the work had been done for my attorneys by myself using my own private inveatigator. Well in the end they insisted on having the entire 9000.00 dollars way before a trial would ever take place or threatened to withdraw from my case. I had already paid them a 5k retainer. As I said, I plead out to a misdemeanor. I then asked, where is my 4k, since we didn't go to trial. They said Im not getting it back!!! Not really shure what the reasoning was behind their descission.
