I’ve never written a review for any professional or company in the past, but Megan Holt has done such a wonderful job as my attorney, I wanted to share my experience. Megan Holt is an excellent estate planning attorney and trust & estate litigation attorney. There are three things that really stand out about Megan - her depth of knowledge, her ability to break down complex topics in a way that makes it easy to understand, and finally her communication style. From our first meeting I found Mrs. Holt extremely knowledgeable about estate planning and a great communicator. Mrs. Holt was always patient in explaining the law and how it applied to my circumstances. Another pleasant surprise about Megan is her quick response to any questions that might occur. For example, I called Mrs. Holt once on a Friday after hours expecting a return call on Monday. Mrs. Holt called me back immediately and answered my questions. Instead, of worrying about the problem over the weekend it was resolved. I’ve worked with Megan for a few years now and it is that combination of her knowledge, ability to make complexity simple, and effective communication that has gained my trust and has left me with confidence she has my best interests as her top priority. I highly recommend Megan Holt if you are looking for a hard working, tenacious attorney that you can trust.

My family hired Megan Holt on very short notice to protect our family member, who was being taken advantage of and whose wishes were not being followed as planned by the power of attorney. Megan leaned forward and quickly got up to speed on the case. Don't hire this firm they will illegally withhold your check, put liens on your deceased parents estate, bully and harass you. I believe because I'm black Megan Holt thought I wasn't going to pay and has violated code of ethics for a payment she didn't give me a chance to pay. She got my check on 12/20 withheld it on 12/21 after promising to mail, and filed a lien on 12/22 still withholding my check not giving me a chance to pay. I can't pay without my check. I will be file legal malpractice lawsuit and complaint with Kentucky board. I'm under emotional distress on top of still grieving my father
