We have had very good experiences with Harms & Harms because they are always on hand, stick to their agreements (including oral ones), they always have the documents neat and complete and are definitely super nice and polite. Can just be recommended

Update on the company's response: Who should I answer? Then we come back to the employees who have not looked after us well before. There's one other customer below who has had a similar experience. So we are not an isolated case. We visited a house that was a bit older. In the expose it was advertised that extensive renovation and renovation work had been carried out. We asked for the documents for this construction project, but did not receive any. The object was rather sold to someone else. In the meeting itself, questions about the building fabric were answered evasively or not at all. Overall, we didn't feel well looked after.
