Since 2009 I have been waiting on a response for a claim. The claim was for the Uninsured Employers Fund. Jose Zetino was/is my representative, and never gave me an update. Over 10 years have passed and no answer........

Mr. Polan is one of the few attorneys who will still take Workers Comp cases. He is a working class hero in my book.
