Excellent experience!!! I was not disappointed at all. I have worked with Mr. Chesworth and Johnstone prior to them being part of Tully and Rinckey and they did excellent work then. I followed them here because I was confident that I would continue to receive second-to-none service, and I was correct. they were very efficient and thorough. Completing documentations of that nature could be very emotional, however their mannerisms with me was very personable and comforting and I truly appreciated that. Not a very good law firm you speak to a very knowledgeable very intelligent person at first and then you get stuck with another attorney that does not fully handle the situation properly. Then adds fees can't show up on time and does not do exactly what you asked from the first point of contact before the retainer was even placed. They ask for more money much like trying to hire a contractor you hire I'm thinking they're going to do the work and then when they get to start the work they claim they need more money. Even though it was claimed in the beginning exactly what was needed.

I was more than satisfied with the service provided by Jeffrey Johnstone. He responded professionally and quickly to my concerns. I would highly recommend him and his firm.

I regret hiring Tully Rinckey. All they did was waste my time and money for well over a year handling a sinple QDRO matter . After hiring a new attorney, he was able to resolve my case in 5 weeks. Tully rinckey is nothing but a bunch of rip off artists.

The staff is very professional and listens to your needs. The response time for your questions and concerns are in an appropriate time manner. I would recommend this firm to anyone.
