Cross is an attorney at Davenport & Hasson LLP, which is potentially a scam law firm that works with scam collection agencies and fake collection agencies. Courtney A. Cross (WSBA Number: 34662) is currently being investigated and he has been reported to the Washington State Attorney General office and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Possible scam law firm and possible fake law firm. Currently under investigation.

Courtney Cross talked to me like i was stupid, was rude and his backup paperwork made no sense! Also, he talked to me like I was an idiot- I'm a business owner with locations in (4) cities. As an attorney his rating should be 0000 - No stars - be very careful when dealing with this attorney -- fortunately I did not select him I was just a victim a "notch on his belt" so he could brag at the table on how he really put the screws to a guy even though they knew they were wrongfully collecting monies not owed. I'm paying off a dishonest Vendor Asset Recovery Group (both would not provide back up clarification when requested and lied about helping with the next step. As they collaborated on a way to steal a $1000.00 from an upstanding local VETERAN Business Owner -
