When I called Mr. Hathaway for the first time, he answered right away and heard me out completely. He was the 6th attorney I called that day, and the only one to not have a secretary require all of my info without giving me any. .and I honestly was just trying to find the lowest retainer but not only did he work with me on that, he was beyond transparent and communicative the whole time, showing compassion where needed and clear direction when necessary. To finally have the peace of mind and control of mine and my children's lives is everything I've been fighting towards. Thank you Rich.

I cannot say enough good things about Rich Hathaway and his services. I came across Rich Hathaway's firm after meeting with another law firm in town. The other firm basically told me they would never be able to do what I was asking but still told me that they were going to charge me twice as much money to not get things done. Rich was able to listen to my needs, take them seriously, and helped me do what needed to be done for my family for a fair price.
