When I got into my car accident at the end of 2021, I had no idea what to do next. My mom called my grandmother and she strongly advised that I get legal assistance. This immediately prompted me to believe that I would have to pay a lot of money upfront to even retain services (spoiler: not the case with Recovery Law Center!). My mom did some research and found Recovery Law Center. Even before taking the next step and researching for myself I felt a peace come over me. After researching further, that peace was affirmed even more and carried through the entire process of working with the team for a little over a year while I recovered from the accident. Glenn, Jolie and team made this process extremely easy on my end from a legal and settlement standpoint. Every interaction, whether by email or phone, was pleasant, easy to understand and helpful. The most I ever needed to do through the year was provide updates when requested by the Recovery Law team, electronically sign documents (they did an excellent job explaining what I was signing), and finally go down to their physical location to complete the final signing. My 88 year old uncle was struck by a vehicle back in 2020 while crossing the street in Kalama Valley. He sustained major injuries both physically and mentally. I have tried calling numerous attorneys to see if they would take my uncle's case to help get him some kind of compensation for all his pain and suffering as a result of this accident. After searching around for an attorney, George replied to my email almost immediately. There was absolutely no pressure on who to choose to represent me. He provided all the information I needed on what steps to follow. He provided referrals on where to go to treat my injuries. I didn’t go with who he suggested to at first, and boy, I regret that. After I wasn’t satisfied with my own choice, I went with who he suggested months after my accident which turned out to be the best decision. Glenn was able to get more from the insurance company than what they originally offered. Again there was no pressure on whether or not I should have settled at that time. (Good thing I didn’t ??) Other staff members including Jolie was on top of their game. She would often check up on my well being. I hope I don’t ever need their service again, but if I do, hands down, I know who to call! This wasn’t my first accident. Wish I knew them from before. ps. This process takes time so patience is a virtue.

I recently picked up my settlement check. The process was long (due to my pain returning) and the team at RLC was there by my side the entire time. When it came time to settle, I knew I was in good hands for the tough negotiations that I knew were coming. In the end, I was relieved it was over and felt that the amount was fair for all parties involved. The team is very professional and transparent. I am definitely referring them to all of my family.
