I wish I knew the name of the woman who answered because she first addressed my emotional state and assured me it was going to be okay before she took any other information. To my surprise, Claudia returned my call the next day, which was a holiday. I was ready to pay a retainer but Claudia assured me that it wasn’t necessary at that time and guided me through the first steps free of charge and encouraged me to update her later. She spoke with me one more time for a quick update, again with no charge. It wasn’t until months later that I was ready to proceed with a paid consultation but I was able to do so with confidence that Claudia was more concerned with my well-being than extracting my limited funds from me. She also advised me on some steps I could take on my own to keep the fees down. I am truly thankful to have Claudia as my legal counsel during a very difficult season of my life.
