Quite easily the worst mistake I’ve ever made on an attorney. Got halfway through a probate case and apparently flaked out and stopped responding to any communications. If he had been half as good as his father was, he might have ended his career on a different note. He has apparently “retired” now so really no use in advising anyone not to contact him for services. The services he did provide were subpar at best. Trash attorney..dishonest,not effective. Look elsewhere.

Eric was paid a retainer over 6 months ago and has yet to accomplish what I hired him for. He does not respond to emails or voicemails. Unfortunately I'm sad to say, he had been my lawyer for over 20 years. Don't understand what's going on with him but I would not advise anyone to hire Eric Hayes.

I wouldn't recommend. Spend your money else where. Lawyers are expensive and you should only hire good ones. This is not a good one.
