Horrible!!! I made an appointment and arrived on time. I had to wait awhile and I had the opportunity to chat with the elderly receptionist/assistant. She complimented something I had purchased online and when I told her where to buy one like mine, she admitted that she did not know how to use the Internet. WHAT??????? I was in my mid 50's and felt like a young chick next to her. Then I met with Mr. Kamerow. His desk was piled with folders. Not a couple or even a few but zillions. And that was ok at the time. Everyone has their own system for working and it's not for me to judge someone by their messy desk. At least not until a month later....... I called to see about any progress or new information about my case. They didn't remember me, they had not even attempted to contact the expert witness they said they knew and who they said "would be a great addition to our team". I asked why they had not contacted her and Mr. Kamerow said it was because he did not remember her name. Again I thought WHAT???? That's when it was time for me to find another attorney. I went back to their dirty, messy, disorganized office to get back all of my folders, files and evidence and nobody could find my packets. They literally had to search behind filing cabinets, behind desks, etc. I was livid and couldn't wait to get my stuff, get out and run home for a nice clean shower. Which is exactly what I did after waiting 15 minutes for them to find my personal effects behind the receptionist's credenza. I never went back. Not even for a simple Will or anything else. No thank you. I like to hire someone who can recognize my needs, knows the names of his expert witnesses and who can remember why I was there to begin with. It would also be nice to know that my attorney had at least reviewed my information during the previous month instead of knowing the receptionist had misplaced it and almost lost it forever in the bowels of her office. No, no, no thank you. This attorney was not for me!
