Although the staff at Legacy Legal Care was pleasant, we ultimately found a more cost-effective option for our needs after seeking a second opinion. We were told we would need a trust which was quite costly with Your Legacy Legal Care, although there were more cost-effective options available that were not mentioned to us. When getting a second opinion they provided us with alternative options to achieve the same goal, which is to avoid probate. While they provided accurate information, we were disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding alternative solutions and on top of that their steep rates. Additionally, the process of obtaining a refund was prolonged and required multiple follow-ups, causing inconvenience, and accruing interest charges on the amount. We were told it would take 3 weeks to receive a refund. It took over a month and several times of us following up with their company to get our refund. The person in charge of refunds was also very hard to get a hold of and often times did not call back. Clearer, more honest, and transparent communication about available choices would greatly improve customer satisfaction in the future.

Legacy Legal Care took care of our needs from the first meeting through to the end. Everyone was very knowledgeable of the questions we had through this journey of setting up a trust.
