Poorly managed. After reaching out by email from the website and asked to telephone, the office staff rudely asked what I wanted and made curt comments such as "how should I know?" to the first question I asked. After several minutes of NOT feeling helped, I terminated the conversation and will begin looking elsewhere.

It took them about a week to even return a phone call. not very responsive, and by that time, I'd moved on since if that is the level of responsiveness, I was in store for a frustrating experience that i didn't need.

Great Law office, super friendly, and make sure you are comfortable and they take their time to answer all questions, even giving time to just think so you don't feel rushed!
