Yes, Jason may be knowledgeable but he doesn’t apply it in court. We started paying him months before my fiancé was even incarcerated and he didn’t keep track of what we paid, thank GOD I paid him through cashapp and had my own receipts. He also could never send me an itemized copy of what services he had rendered on my fiancés behalf. He was also never available to talk or to go see him to discuss the case. Anyway once in court he actually helped the state’s attorney prove their case and I was confused as to who actually hired him, us or the state. He may have really been good back in the day but I guess he’s no longer “hungry” enough to really fight for his clients any more.

Jason failed me. I was referred to him by the Warnken Law Firm. Our 1st meeting was with a team that included Warnken's son, Byron. The meeting was impressive (a show to get the huge retainer). The group was a disappointment. I was told I was getting pit bulls, I got french poodles. In the final moments Jason's focus was on another case. He's a smooth talker but a rocky operator. This firm may have a track record in other areas but they are truly not the firm for mortgage white collar cases.
