My daughter's has been paid in full since 2016. Now cant even get I. Contact with him.nVery disappointed with himnThe reason being nI know others he did what he said everything was done fast and efficient for them.

I paid for services back in September and have not gotten anything filed or done. He won't even return my phone calls or emails now. He is a con man so I would beware of him. Now I have to go through the process of filing a grievance with the bar association to get my money back, a process that can take 18 months. Do your research and find someone who isn't just trying to steal your money.

Very displeased with my service so far. I consulted with Mr. Herdt back in on May 2nd and he seemed like he was fast, efficient, and understood my time sensitive situation. I paid for services on May 3rd. I understand to there is a process to everything especially bankruptcy.. But it has taken 11 weeks and he has not even gotten back to me after SEVERAL phone calls and emails. I am hoping that he can recover this broken deal.

He took my money, almost never returned my calls, and didn't even show up to court on time. Once he did, everything we previously talked about was out the window. When I asked for copies of my documents he ignored me. Worst lawyer ever
