I had an appointment that i scheduled about 3 weeks in advance, it was for 5pm today. The receptionist i spoke to told me to call in advance if i was going to be later since i was coming from federal way. I called at 420 and told her i was going to be 10mins late possibly due to traffic. I got to the office at exactly 513 i called about 15 times no answer and the door was locked. No returned called and i was told the lawyer stopped taking apts at 6pm by the receptionist. If you ask me thats mot how you do business.
