the lady answering the phones today on 10/25/21 was the rudest person i have ever spoken to. She hung up on me midway through our conversation and would not even hear me out. Your firm needs better help, she sounded like she hated her job and her life. Not the image you want to project to customers calling your business.

I called this office to request an appointment. The lady who answered the phone was very rude and short. She told me I needed to talk to a CPA. I asked her a specific question and she said she couldn't answer it and that Mr. Hewett was not there. When I asked if she could have him call me back, she said he will just tell you what I have told you. I politely thanked her for her time and she hung up without any response. Uncaring and unprofessional.

Handled my sale and purchase all in the same week, very smooth transactions for me and my wife. All staff was a pleasure to work with.
