Can't say much good about Andrew Hayman's staff because they are very rude and disrespectful. When I called and left a voice mail to speak directly to Mr. Heyman my entire outlook on his practice changed. He called me on a Saturday to make sure my needs were taken care of . He even came in on a day after his wife's surgery to fix the situation when he should have be attending to his wife. I would recommend him to anyone needing services.

I recently had an inquiry pop up on my credit on 10/30/20 from Heyman Law Office in Cincinnati, OH. My mother also received an inquiry on her credit at the same time. I contacted them and was told that they were attempting to collect a debt in the amount of $1,200 for a property management company who I had an apartment through roughly four years ago. When I explained that I did not owe them anything and was returned my security deposit at the end of my lease, they doubled down on me still owing $1,200. Once I informed Megan Williams at Heyman Law Office that I was going contact the property management company, they "advised" me that I was not allowed to contact the property management company and that the debt was now in Heyman Law's hands. I've since contacted the property management company who confirmed that I have a balance of $0.00 with them. There were no unsettled balances due from myself nor my mother. I have been sent an email with my statement with them confirming this. I will now have to take the time to have the inquiry removed from my credit due to this firm's rather shady, deceitful practices. This has been both time consuming and completely unnecessary. Beware to all if something similar happens to you. DO NOT pay them anything until you investigate it yourself.

As a Property Manager that has been a client of Heyman Law since 2006, they have processed literally dozens of eviction cases for me at various properties over the years. They have never lost a case. In addition, the firm has provided representation for other types of landlord/tenant law cases throughout the years, again with a positive outcome every time, finding and using points of law that would have been overlooked by other attorneys. They are prompt, professional, and courteous. Anyone leaving a bad review has obviously been on the other side of the aisle.

I'm being charged for NSF when I had plenty of money in my account. So now I have a mark on my credit and have to pay more money than I already owe for their screw up.

Don't waste your money cause that's all hes about..He will do nothing he says he will do and is too afraid to even let his clients have a say in court..you will be charged for emails and phone calls they wont even return and u wont find out he'll charge u 12500 for a divorce with no court no nothing .. Please look elsewhere...his 2.9 rating is way too much...dont be downgraded and treat like trash by an attorney who gonna charge u more if u make him mad... not professional at all..all lies
