Sara, Dee, and Matt did a wonderful job submitting my appeal. Their expertise in the field of VA appeals guided me in directions I never thought of pursuing. Kindness combined with perseverance would describe their practice of VA Law and Social Security Disability. Outstanding!

As a veteran, the VA system is about as complicated and confusing as it can get. The Vet Reps only got me so far and then quit on me, thinking that my rating was good enough, we had fought for eight years trying to get help. I contacted Hill and Ponton and my case was assigned to Sara Hill, she helped me win my case, and my family and I are very grateful for that. I feel like Sara did everything she could to help me, also Dehomy Barbosa, her assistant kept me updated and posted on the happenings. I was extremely upset with Hill and Ponton I was referred by the VA to use them since they specialize with veterans. I started the process 8/23/2017 and was given a letter stating they looked at my medical records and said they couldn't help! I would think within a year or less they would've already looked at my medical records. Don't waste your time with them.

I could not be more pleased with the efforts that Hill and Ponton put forth for me and the results that they gained for me. I filed a claim with the VA in May of 2012 that was denied, along with every appeal I filed. In less than a year after Carol Ponton accepted my case, it was resolved in my favor. I appreciate what they did for me that I would never have been able to do on my own. Thanks Carol, Amanda, Deana and all the others that worked diligently on my behalf.
