Bethlehem is a client of me potter.the police took a phone without a warrant.and is illegal searching it. Riley vs California the supreme Court ruled phone are protected by the 4th amendment without a search and seizure warrant. Potter knows it and say they are searching data once again without a warrant intern kind of makes him like a co-conspirator he knows the laws being broken he's done nothing but encourage it even though anything found cannot be used. Amazing lawyer and law firm you've been reported to the DOJ and attorney general's along with the police and local ada. Riley v. California, 573 U.S. 373 (2014), is a landmark United States Supreme Court case in which the court ruled that the warrantless search and seizure of the digital contents of a cell phone during an arrest is unconstitutional under the Fourth Amendment.. knowing this and allowing it . Representing a town could get you in a lot of trouble especially if you're encouraging it and I quote they're searching the data of the phone end quote mr. Potter
