Extremely terrible mind bothering firm. Always after other people money, loves to garnish folks paychecks. While they and their families are living well. Very horrible place to do business. They racist, and treat others like non human. Very sad. Sometimes you wish people like these never got and education, because they misused it to breakdown others. Stop chasing after money, chase to help people in their dilemmas. Hate totally hate this horrible law so called firm. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Called this office to help my dad. The woman on the phone was condescending and rude. The way she spoke to my dad was disrespectful. When I informed her that I did not appreciate her smug conduct, she hung up on me. I called back but she was not available to speak with me and no management available. My dad is 76 years old. He recently lost his wife of 56 years, my mother. He has cancer along with other illnesses. Is a Military man with honorable Purple Heart, Silver and bronze stars. He is highly respected in our community. I am upset by this treatment and will time to stop in to personally speak to someone at this Law Firm.

I had an interaction with HODOSH, LYON & HAMMER, LTD., and unfortunately, my experience was not positive. I found the staff to be a whole less than courteous, which made my dealings with them uncomfortable. Additionally, the wait times were longer than I expected, contributing to a frustrating experience. Based on my experience and what I've heard from others, I believe there are areas where they could improve their services. It felt like the focus was more on financial gain than on providing the necessary legal support and guidance. Considering these factors, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I believe that finding a legal firm that aligns better with one's expectations and needs is crucial, especially in sensitive matters.

Take a look at the 2.2 rating, it should lower. I HAD the absolute pleasure of speaking to ERICA! I had wages garnished back in 2022. I woke up today 12/28/23 with $800 missing. I waited 23 min to speak to someone. Erica told me there was an outstanding balance that was never met back in May of 2022. She said I should have known that it wasn't satisfied. But then went on to tell me she spoke to my payroll department 10 days ago but never communicated with me. She was short and rude and then hung up on me!! When I questioned why it was my fault and should have assumed the payroll department didn't fulfill the debt. This law firm has horrible ratings and I will be visiting tomorrow. Never experienced anything more disappointing and disgusting.

You are going against a company that are sharks. They will do what they do to get paid. That’s their job. The girl who assisted me was extremely nice and helpful
