They are scamers. I got approved since December 2021 and the lawyer hid it. Also told me I got denied first time and I have to appeal. They are taking my money for nothing I just called social security office they told me they were about to close my case they told me what this lawyer do is not right. So iam here to complaint and tell everyone don't go to them look at their Facebook page

Despite authorizing a full records release for my case, they failed to request records that would have almost garunteed a favorable decision. Had incorrect diagnosis or terminology for several issues. Which ultimately cost me my case and they now refuse to assist with further appeals - not that I would trust them too...

Do NOT use this law firm. I used them for a disability claim. Over the 10 months I waited for a decision not only did I never hear from them, when I would call they would say they are busy and it took 2-3 days for a reply. When I was denied I said I didn’t want to appeal and got a job. They decided to still appeal without my consent. Which was of course denied as I was working full time. This law firm is garbage and obviously stacks their case load to where there is no knowledge amongst them as to who anyone is, or who they are fighting for. Look elsewhere.

I had my disability hearing on November 8th and it is now almost May and I have not heard anything about it! Unbelievable! I contacted my lawyer, Matthew Garner, a couple months ago and never got a response. So rude and unprofessional. I would NEVER recommend this law firm to anyone!

I would not recommend this law firm. They are unprofessional. This company wants all your personal information without even assigning you a lawyer. They want your social over the phone, and you are constantly talking to different people.
