This office went over and above to see that my clients had a smooth closing. I was very impressed. Dawn (precloser) worked very hard preparing everything. The whole staff was welcoming, helpful & friendly & Bill (attorney) was such a joy leading the closing.

Brian is one of the most down to earth and capable attorneys I have met. I have not hesitated to recommend him to family and friends. When I recommend him, I know I am putting my referrals in good hands.

Had a closing on October 11, 2017. Prior to closing I was told that some tax information would be included in the payouts to one of the sellers. When I asked about it, I was told that one of the 3 sellers didn’t agree and he didn’t include it. I said well we weren’t told and he insisted He called and told me which was a lie. He never related the information to me. I asked a day before closing, who is to go into the closing? I was told that only the buyers and sellers who would be signing documents were to be in the closing. There were 13 people in the closing and there should have only been 5. This was a chaotic mess. A lot of dialog took place between the closing attorney and one of the heirs who only had 1/9th interest in the total sell resulting in a lot of misinformation being communicated. I was not kept informed of what was transpiring and I represented 2/3rds interest of the sellers. I would not recommend this firm who allowed one of the heirs, not the trustee, to almost completely sabatoge the closing. The buyer almost walked.

Signed our closing papers on our refi here. Very friendly staff, even with us bringing our kids. Would recommend for properties closings.
