My place of employment has provided multiple copies of records that were requested by this law office after we were repeatedly told they "had not received the records". We had confirmation from our end that the faxes had in fact successfully transmitted. So we created another copy and proceeded to mail the records to the law office. We were again told that they "had not received the records" and they began threatening us with a subpoena for a deposition despite the fact that we had responded to every single records request. So we again made another set of copies and mailed them certified so that a signature would be required upon receipt. This was sent with an invoice for $.10 per page that was generated and the cost of postage. They are now refusing to pay the $35 invoice. If you are looking for legal representation that is organized and exemplifies integrity, look else where.
