My neice and her husband purchased a home in Gallipolis, ohio through this agency. Sally Patterson was their agent. They purchased this home in August. There was no communication except to let them know each time the closing was postponed. This happened many times. They had signed the contract. But then was made to sign a second contract changing the closing cost by several thousand dollars. They closed on this house Dec. 3. 2021. The furnace. The kitchen range. The microwave do not work. I would not recommend this agent to anyone.
