So many closing with Hollingsworth and no once have I or anyone in my company has ever have an issue or and thing negative to say. They work very hard to adjust to buyer's/ seller's schedule to make everyone happy. This is real estate, things happen and no one is perfect but I can respect a company that is willing to fix any mistakes they have made. I use them all the time and planning on using them for a longtime to come.

John and Barby Hollingsworth are some of the most polite, hard working, and efficient closing attorney's I've worked with. I've done close to 10 closings with them over the past year and their service has been exceptional. Will always continue to use them in real estate for my buyers and sellers!

This man is a crook! In over 16 years of doing real estate transactions I have never once seen a closing attorney charge a buyer or seller for services if a transaction failed to close. In the real estate business, this happens all the time. In our case John felt it prudent to withhold $500 (as his self appointed price) for work performed on a transaction that didn't close and is withholding it from buyers earnest money. We are reporting him to the GA Bar as I believe this practice is illegal and unethical. Earnest money is held by the attorney on behalf of buyer & seller. The seller released the earnest money to us (buyers) and John decided to charge that earnest money for the amount of money he saw fit. Never ever have I heard of this practice being legal. Think twice, and long and hard before using this man. If anything goes sideways he will charge you whatever he feels like. We are victims of his business!

Went to attend a closing during Covid 19..office was very clean and sanitized. They made sure all parties understood all numbers and terms. I would definitely close with them again
