Excellent insurance agency that does my home and auto. They no longer do individual policies face to face in SD. All of that has transferred to Des Moines and is done via email and phone. The agent knows your history and insurance needs; they always answer emails within a day. They seem to have a regional emphasis on the products the offer but are straightforward and comprehensive. I am not comfortable just buying insurance online and thankful these folks are around.
