Management has been appropriately responsive to any questions I have had. I would highly recommend them.

They provide our family member with 24/7 senior care. 24/7 care brings with it many challenges. But Homewatch has been helpful and accommodating in working through all those challenges. The caregivers themselves have been good to work with. We have found them to be loving, caring, competent, and ready to adapt to changing circumstances and needs. Arranging in-home care for a loved one who is becoming increasingly dependent is an emotionally charged situation and can be very challenging. Expectations of family members are extremely high. And depending on the type of care and level of professional services needed, it can be difficult at times. Our family has been helped by taking the time to research the marketplace. By taking the time to become familiar with all the options and the pros and cons of each. And by doing our best to have clear, open communication with the caregivers and office. Regular, periodic reviews with management to evaluate and discuss how things are going have also been helpful.
