I believe I have been subjected to bias by Supreme Court Judge Sandra B. Sciortino of Orange County. As an American Black disabled woman, I feel her judgments have been discriminatory, and I am concerned about a pattern of rulings that appear to disproportionately affect individuals based on their race, ethnicity, religion, or veteran status. For example, there are allegations suggesting that Judge Sciortino has unfairly ruled in favor of certain financial institutions, such as U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, as successor-in-interest to Bank of America National Association, as Trustee, as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as trustee, and affiliates, possibly due to conflicts of interest. This has resulted in vulnerable individuals, including disabled persons and veterans, losing their homes. A thorough review of her cases, particularly overturned foreclosure decisions, may reveal systemic issues. Given these concerns, I urge an FBI investigation into her conduct to ensure impartiality and justice for all.

I would put 0 stairs if I could. The judge that I saw was ruled that my cheering cokehead drinking abusive X husband that makes over 6 figures a year did not have to help pay to have our 2 sons finish college . And I had to pay him 1/2 of the value of houses I bout befor marriage . And the judge called my X by his first name. Of the 23 years we were married I worked Outside the home part time for 4 years. My lawyer said I can definitely appeal but my x took everything I don’t have 80 though to pay for the appeal. Now my 2 sons an myself had to move out of the 4,000 Square foot family house and into a 350 square foot studio. 1 son can’t pay for college but he got a job my other son has a 4.0 in college but is not eligible for any loans because his dad makes over 1/2 million a year . The American Spanish woman judge I wish all to her and her hole family what she put my sons
