My wife and I are very grateful for the work that Dave Hopkins and his team has done for us. What was thought to be unachievable was done by Dave Hopkins.

I highly recommend Attorney Fabio Fortunato. He is very passionate and skilled in child custody cases involving CYS. He is straight forward and gives excellent advice. My opinion is to listen to what he asks of you and do it. You can definitely trust him to do what's in your best interest and of your children's. I am forever grateful for his help.

Attorney Heltzel and Sofia are AMAZING! They are so helpful, kind, understanding, responsive and very fast! They answer all my questions and never make me feel like a burden when I call and ask more questions. They are just all around fantastic and very caring. On my first visit I was given Domenic as our attorney.. first thing I asked him ‘ are you a pitbull? And I want you to take her arse down once in for all!’ Well he delivered and then some! We got everything we wanted!!! Sophia is just as sweet and always returned emails/ phone calls and helped answered our questions if she could. Domenic will always be our attorney! Thank you for everything you’ve done!!

I went to her in my time of need when my public defender wasn't doing what i needed done the way I needed him to, was recommended to Leeann Heltzel and she seemed great, until $200 was taken from my retainer for less than 15 minutes of my time and she has ignored every message about getting my retainer back after not bothering to show up to any of my court hearings. She was paid $1500, charged the $200 and apparently doesn't think she's going to return the $1300. I guess I'll need an attorney just to get that back. 10/10 do not recommend.
